The Orange County Ragtime Society (OCRS) meets in downtown Fullerton on the third Saturday of the month on select months from January through September. We're 'off' in October, for RagFest, and are also off during the holiday months (November and December).
Performance time is 1 to 4:30 p.m. This is subject to slight change (eg., 1:30 to 5 p.m. or 2 to 5:30 p.m.), so please re-check this website from time to time.
There is no cover charge or admission price. Reservations are not required, but seating is first-come, first-serve. The format is 'open piano,' meaning that those with demonstrated ability performing ragtime (or ragtime-related music) are welcome to perform.
Downtown Fullerton is about a mile north of the 91 freeway (Harbor or Lemon exits) and 2.8 miles west of the 57 freeway (Chapman or Orangethorpe Ave. exits). Our two meeting places are within two blocks of each other.
